Title: Grilled Lemon Mustard Turkey Breast

2/3cBottled lime or lemon juice
2/3cOil
1/3cWater
4tsDijon type mustard
2tsChicken boulillon
1 1/2tsThyme
2 Cloves garlic;chop fine
2lbTurkey boneless breast

Combine all ingredients except turkey, and mix well. In large dish or plastic bag pour 1 1/4 cups marinade over turkey and cover; marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. chill remaining marinade. Remove turkey from marinade. Grill or broil meat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 170 degrees, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing, or serve cold. Serves 6 to 8. Source Home Cooking
